Why can the Banks pay their Directors huge salaries then huge bonues , when at that time , they are making decisions that around the corner lose huge amounts of Capital - leading to job losses , less staff , worse customeer experiences etc etc ?? Should not the directors give back some of those undeserved payments ?

Cull the Management !! and bring fresh talented and income generating ideas to the Table ! asap ! before cash flow and the new infusion of funds are wasted !!
